Our Advisors have a great deal of experience in helping people in the often painstaking journey back into employment or self-employment. You have come to the right place, whether you have been unemployed for 1 month, 1 year or longer.

Our mission is simple: We believe that local people deserve the best. We pride ourselves in turning no-one away, and we offer support and advice to all who call upon our help.

Each one of us is different. Some people require more help than others in finding the right job or discovering their talents which would enable them to work for themselves.

If you have a genuine desire to improve your life chances, we are here to help you. At the Evolution centre staff will look after you with care and with attention to detail.

We run a Job Club that meets every week & is free of charge. We have a dedicated notice board with information for job clubbers.

Arrangements can also be made to obtain 1-2-1 support which is there for those for whom English is not their first language.
