An Inspiring Day at Our Community Foundation!
We were honored to welcome the Mayor of the West Midlands, Richard Parker to Our Community Foundation for a powerful and uplifting day centered on youth voice, community, and aspiration.
Richard joined us to record an upcoming episode of our Game Changers podcast — where we spotlight pioneers and leaders making a real difference. This time, we brought the podcast into the heart of the community at Naseby Youth Centre! Giving young people the chance to engage directly with leadership and be part of the conversation.
The podcast is a great reflection on his leadership journey, background, and vision for empowering Birmingham’s youth. Our young leaders also led a lively Q&A ensuring youth voice is heard and challenged him to fun games and activities!
