Commissioned by United by 2022, our Bring the Power event captures the energy and insight of a powerful youth-led event in East Birmingham. Designed and delivered by young people through Our Community Foundation, the event brought together 250 future leaders to share their stories, challenge inequalities, and showcase the impact of grassroots action. From breakdancing, wheelchair basketball to inspiring stories, it was more than an event—it was a movement. This documentary amplifies our youth voices and proves that when young people lead, real change follows.

With no pressure—just passion—these sessions offer local girls the chance to get active, build friendships, and enjoy the game they love. Powered by Bring it on Brum through the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme, Bring It On: Half-Term at Naseby showcases a week of energy, laughter, and empowerment. Hosted by Our Community Foundation at the Naseby Centre, the youth club provided a safe, engaging space for young people to connect, stay active, and enjoy nutritious meals. With sports, creative workshops, and life skills sessions, this film captures the joy and impact of positive holiday provision in one of Birmingham’s most underrepresented communities.
